When will I receive my jewelry?
Orders typically ship within 10 business days. Since each piece is handmade, processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume.

Please note: June + Mae Co is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. If your order is delayed after shipment, you may file a missing package claim with the carrier.

What kind of gold do you use?
At June + Mae Co., we use only the highest quality 14k gold-filled materials. Our beads are thoroughly tested and worn to ensure they’re tarnish-resistant and durable enough for everyday wear.

My jewelry hasn’t arrived! Could it be lost in the mail?
All orders are shipped via USPS, unless you choose upgraded shipping upon checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or missing, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Please note: June + Mae Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been shipped.

Do you offer domestic and international shipping?
At this time, June + Mae Co. ships exclusively within the USA and Canada. We're working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for updates on international shipping!

 

How do I order a custom piece?
For custom jewelry orders, feel free to reach out via email at junemaeco@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @JuneMaeCo. To help us understand your vision, please include screenshots or references of styles you love. Once we've discussed the details and provided you with a quote, we’ll create a custom listing for you right here.

How do I find my bracelet size?
To ensure the perfect fit for your June + Mae Co. bracelet, we recommend measuring your wrist with a piece of string or a soft measuring tape. Lay the string flat next to a ruler or tape measure to find your wrist size.

When selecting your bracelet size, choose one that’s ¼ inch to ½ inch larger than your actual wrist measurement:

  • For a snug fit, go with ¼ inch larger
  • For a looser fit with more movement, choose ½ inch larger

For example, if your wrist measures 6 inches, select a size 6.5 when ordering.


Returns

All sales are FINAL. Since each item is handmade and customized to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If you're unsure about sizing or have any questions about a product, please contact us at junemaeco@gmail.com before placing your order—we're happy to help!

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you've received an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, and we'll gladly assist you.
Special cases or requests will be handled on an individual basis.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size for a personalized bracelet? We offer resizing for a service fee, plus the cost of return shipping. Please reach out to us via email to begin the process.


Replacements

If you believe your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of purchase at junemaeco@gmail.com, and include clear photos of the item(s) for review.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement.

Please note:

  • We offer one replacement per customer to ensure the issue is due to manufacturing, not improper care. 
  • June + Mae Co. is not responsible for damage due to wear and tear or lack of proper jewelry care.
