At June & Mae Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return the item. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be received by us within the 30-day return window.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
  • Show no signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as June & Mae Co. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
