Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. June & Mae Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is delayed in transit, we recommend:

Damaged Shipments
